Jahzeal

This story of the week came while on respite. God granted us favor after runnin' and gunnin' all summer to get away at our friends' cabin by the lake. We made friends at an amusement park, discussed God's love and the evidence thereof with a self-proclaimed atheist.

There was no born-again conversion in one conversation, but I encouraged him to ask Jesus for the evidence of His creation.

Pray for Jahzeal, that GOD would open his eyes and ears. Jahzeal's name means (loosely translated) "on fire for GOD." He was raised Christian, so I have experienced enough to know GOD will not allow this brush with Agnosticism to separate from the love found in Jesus Christ.

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)
